Aktiviti berkayak merupakan satu bentuk rekreasi air yang semakin popular di kalangan penggemar sukan lasak dan alam semula jadi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti peralatan yang diperlukan, langkah-langkah keselamatan, persediaan sebelum aktiviti, dan peranan jurulatih dalam memastikan kelancaran dan keselamatan semasa berkayak. Peralatan asas seperti kayak, dayung, jaket keselamatan, dan helmet adalah penting untuk memastikan keselamatan peserta. Langkah-langkah keselamatan termasuklah pemantauan keadaan cuaca, pengetahuan asas teknik berkayak, dan keupayaan untuk mengendalikan kecemasan. Persediaan sebelum aktiviti melibatkan latihan fizikal, pemahaman tentang laluan air, dan pemeriksaan peralatan. Jurulatih memainkan peranan penting dalam memberikan panduan teknikal, memastikan pematuhan protokol keselamatan, dan memberikan sokongan moral kepada peserta. Kesimpulannya, aktiviti berkayak memerlukan persediaan rapi dan kerjasama antara peserta dan jurulatih untuk memastikan pengalaman yang selamat dan menyeronokkan.
