Abstract:
This is the first experience to developed IOER content. This project is developed for all users in particular those with special needs. In short, features writing is relating to writing techniques, which emphasize the element of joy and surprised. Beside that, in general, feature writing is about tells the reader a story. It has a beginning (lead), middle and end. It uses quotes liberally and allows the reader to see the story through detailed description and vivid writing.
