Abstract:
Malaysian University English Test (MUET) is a requirement for students to take before continuing into their tertiary education, especially in most general universities in Malaysia. One of the skills assessed in this examination is writing skills. The writing skills in MUET is divided into two parts which are Task 1 (Guided Writing) and Task 2 (Extended Writing). In Task 1, candidates are required to reply an email or a letter. This article provides the Do's and Don'ts for Task 1: Guided Writing in MUET Examination.
