Determinants of Female Labour Force Participation in Malaysia. In Malaysia, female contributes an equal amount to men in the working-age population. However, Malaysian female participation is only two-fifths in the labour force. In Global Gender Gap report published in 2017 by the World Economic Forum (WEF), out of 144 countries Malaysia rank 87 in Economic Participation and Opportunity. |
