dc.description.abstract This poster shares the alternative distribution channel used by smallholder farmers during the Covid-19 pandemic by embracing the concept of the hub chain model. This information provides insight into the conceptualisation of an agile integrated chain called FrezHub. The novelty of FrezHub is the use of a ‘hub agent’ in the chain to replace multiple intermediaries and serve as a ‘just-in-time hub’ between farmers and customers. en_US
