dc.description.abstract A survey was conducted on 36 companies operating at tourism industry in Sabah, Malaysia. 36 companies indicated that they have good strengths (S) of resource and capacity to achieve business objectives. Low level of weaknesses (W) shows the companies are not affected very much in operation. The companies are in favourable situation in managing its environment, and neutral in facing unfavourable situation outside the companies. en_US
