Abstract:
In view of rising numbers of Covid 19 infection, increasing rate of hospital beds occupancy, patients who are mild symptomatic or asymptomatic of covid 19 infection are allowed to do quarantine at home. This emergency isolation booth is designed for patients who are under house quarantine in outdoors (isolated from other non-infected household members) and for patients who can be isolated in hospital compound or at the public places e.g. stadium. The booth is equipped with shower, bed, mosquito net, table, four chairs, floor mat, toilet, wardrobe, blanket and two dustbins. It can accommodate two persons. The shower and toilet are built in the attached booth next to main booth. One dustbin is for food waste and another is for toilet waste.
