dc.description.abstract Kota Kinabalu, like many other cities, is having a harder time finding parking, especially for people who work in the city. Kota Kinabalu is becoming more and more urbanized very quickly, which has made traffic worse and made parking harder to find. It can be hard for commuters to find cheap and convenient parking, and a lot of private parking spots are empty. To solve the city's parking problems, we need a comprehensive plan that makes the most of the current parking infrastructure and encourages a feeling of community. en_US
