Abstract:
In Malaysia, gender equality in the workplace refers to giving all
workers, regardless of gender, equal access to opportunities,
treatment, and pay. It aims to eradicate discrimination in employment,
compensation, advancement, and working conditions. This entails
giving both men and women equal access to leadership positions,
professional growth, and a positive work environment. Addressing
prejudices, encouraging work-life balance, and putting in place rules
that assist all staff members in their personal and professional
development are further steps in achieving gender equality in the
workplace.
