The Bookend Approach enhances engagement in large lectures by dividing
sessions into structured segments. It alternates brief instruction with group
discussions, starting with attendance and preparation, followed by lectures
interspersed with interactive activities, and ending with a closure phase. This
method promotes active participation, critical thinking, and collaborative
learning for deeper understanding. |
