Reflection and Outcome from short working experience during my internship

Abstract

This internship provided valuable exposure to a professional working environment within a statutory body. The training focused on innovation initiatives, digital documentation processes, administrative support functions, and event-based media tasks. Through this experience, I gained practical understanding of public sector operations, workplace professionalism, and hands-on media support skills. The internship allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge in real situations, observe organisational workflows, and develop creative solutions to operational challenges.
