Abstract:
ENTREPRENEURIAL & PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
Throughout the internship, I adopted a proactive and
professional mindset by: Taking initiative to improve workflow efficiency and
reporting accuracy. Applying problem-solving skills when handling discrepancies
and system issues. Using Excel tools (COUNTIF, XLOOKUP) to improve data
accuracy. Communicating effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams. Adapting quickly to new departments and operational responsibilities. This approach enhanced my confidence, independence, and readiness for professional work environments.
