Abstract:
This presentation basically discuss on individual-customers' role as pioneer in promoting self-interest towards products, services and their likable brands via social media. The contents also highlights how digitalisation become the main driver and 'booster' throughout the dissemination of information from the marketing influencers to their netizens. In a nutshell, the presentation urges and motivates everyone to become their own pioneers in making their products, services, brands and they-themselves as visible to their audiences.
