Abstract:

This book is a collection of abstracts and slides from the Sustainability Seminar 2022 with the theme Accelerating Sustainability in Research. This is the eighth year of the seminar, where the first one was organised in 2015. This year, the seminar was participated by more than 500 participants from Malaysia, Japan, Philippines, China, Vietnam and India. The seminar is organised by Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia in collaboration with National Institute of Technology, Fukushima College, Japan and Jose Rizal University, Philippines.

Description:

The objective of this Sustainability Seminar 2022: Accelerating Sustainability in Research is to have an academic discourse on sustainability issues, especially on the current climate crisis that is affecting society and is a major global concern. The seminar this year features one keynote speaker and six invited speakers by academicians of various departments from universities in Malaysia, Japan, and the Philippines.
