dc.description.abstract In Sabah, Tamu is an event in a form of an open-air of marketplace organized intervally based on a cycle predetermined cycle of either fortnightly, weekly or annually. This event usually attracts local vendors/sellers from the vicinity or district where it is being held, is also regarded as a cultural event. Tamu e-reservation, or e-tamu, is a proposed platform aimed at simplifying Tamu management for both sellers and administrators. For sellers, the platform allows them to reserve and pay for their trading space in advance, while administrators can efficiently allocate lots and collect fees. The ultimate target of this innovation is to ease the sellers to booked and secure lot or space at the Tamu ground. There are diverse sellers from different background can be found and these sellers rely on third party transportation. Due to not having own transport, their arrangement typically involves them to depart as early as 3 am and to an extreme arrived the night before at the Tamu ground to secure their lot and space. Tamu e-reservation utilizes available online applications that provide free account feature access such as Boost and Mobile banking app (for payment), Google Form (for database), WhatsApp Business (for lot or space booking), and Wixsite or Google Sites (for official information). We are optimistic that e-Tamu has potential to attain its objective for the betterment of operation of Tamu particularly to the sellers by inducing technology. en_US
