The contemporary challenges surrounding Intellectual Property (IP) and investigates the current issues that have emerged in the dynamic landscape of IP rights. Intellectual
property needs to strike a balance between protecting the public interest and giving owners
exclusive rights. Understanding the need of intellectual property protection is essential for
advancing both social and economic growth.
