dc.description.abstract Mature teratoma is the most common subtype of ovarian germ cell tumors, which accounts for 11% of all ovarian tumors, 69% of all germ cell tumors, and 95% of teratomas. The predominant type of mature teratoma is cystic, and the cyst always contains skin, hair, neural tissues, and sebaceous material and they are derived from ectoderm, mesoderm and endoderm. en_US
