Abstract:
In the situation where we have pools of candidates to be promoted, three approaches are best applied to select the right one; 1. judgmental approach, statistical approach, hybrid approach. Each approach has its challenge. Judgmental approach contains set of question with subjective answers. Statistical approach put scoring on questions and appearances. Hybrid approach combines both judgmental and statistical approach.
