Abstract:
Much of a team’s success depends on having a clear understanding of its purpose, composition, and permanence, and on making deliberate decisions about its development and its culture. High performing team successfully goes well in the implementation of forming, brainstorming, norming and performing. They easily get rid of difficult conversation.
