The company, which is based in Kuching, Sarawak , uses a variety of methods for generating ideas, including brainstorming, internet research, and surveys. To overcome market competition, Delicakeyy focuses on selling high-quality, affordable products and improving its packaging and marketing strategies. Their business model relies on social media for promotion and communication, and they offer both cash-on-delivery and sales at physical stalls. With a starting capital of RM175 from its seven members , the company's financial model projects a first-month net profit of RM386.41. en_US
