The business idea was generated through a problem-solving meeting on Google Meet, as well as observation and focus group research. The company's value propositions are providing reasonable prices, free delivery service, and offering products that are portable and easy to store. Their target customers are segmented demographically, psychographically, behaviorally, and geographically. Key activities include production and manufacturing control, managing social media platforms, creating branding and marketing strategies, and delivery service. The company's key resources are physical, intellectual, human, and financial were described. Revenue streams are generated from transaction revenue and asset sales. Key partners are buyer-supplier relationships, and their cost structure includes variable costs but no fixed costs. The total start-up cost for the business was RM561.18. en_US
