Abstract:
The workshop aimed to empower participants by enhancing their knowledge and skills in areas such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), professional management, and laboratory regulations. It also focused on aligning departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the mission and vision of the faculty and fostering teamwork through shared goals and strategies.
