Speech of Recognition

Abstract

The Speech of Recognition event celebrated the achievement of Miss Delca, a student from the Human Resource Program at the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Accounting (FPEP), Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), who was awarded a full scholarship by Waco University, Japan. As part of the scholarship, she will participate in a mobility program, gaining international academic exposure and professional development opportunities.
