Abstract:
This course is designed to develop students’ competence in effective, ethical, and professional communication within diverse corporate settings. It emphasizes understanding the principles of effective communication, including clarity, credibility, empathy, and appropriateness in various organizational contexts. Students will learn to define effective communication and apply established communication framework models to structure messages strategically. Through theoretical instruction, practical exercises, and case studies, the course equips students with the skills to convey information persuasively, ethically, and professionally, while also recognizing cultural, organizational, and situational factors that influence communication. By integrating ethical considerations, critical thinking, and professional standards, the course prepares students to navigate complex corporate environments and engage successfully with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
