Through the knowledge transfer conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy (FPEP), Universiti Malaysia Sabah to the tudung saji (food cover) producers in Kampung Lingkodon Tengah, Kota Belud, the UniMadani-funded project coordinated by the Community Engagement Sustainability Centre (PKLM) UMS emphasizes SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production by promoting the use of plant-based natural materials. At the same time, the project also advances SDG 4: Quality Education through skills and knowledge transfer; SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth by creating opportunities for sustainable income generation; and SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities by empowering rural communities to preserve traditional handicraft heritage while fostering environmental sustainability |
