dc.description.abstract During the International Seminar “Bridging SDGs” held at the Faculty of Business & Economics, Universitas Pancasila, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) presented the 6-Lense Approach—a structured evaluation framework used to measure the impact of community development projects across Sabah. This approach examines six key dimensions: depth of transformation, clarity of objectives, breadth of community involvement, height of long-term sustainability, gender inclusivity, and alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through examples of UMS community initiatives implemented under UniMadani and coordinated by the Community Engagement Sustainability Centre (PKLM), the presentation illustrated how systematic assessment strengthens project design, enhances accountability, and ensures meaningful socio-economic outcomes for local communities. The seminar highlighted the value of evidence-based impact evaluation for universities working collaboratively with communities, positioning UMS’s model as a practical tool for institutions advancing SDG-driven development. en_US
