Abstract:
The article is focusing on psychological climate that measured from employee
perceptions of their work environment and this contains two different perspective namely
organizational referent (PCo) and an individual referent (PCi). PCi reflects employee view of
their own encounters or experience in an organization. While PCo is about employee
experience and impression of their organizational surroundings. In this article the authors
have discussed on few theories that can be related to its research such as psychological
climate theory, equity theory, social comparison theory and attribution theory. These
foundations have made the article to have a strong framework and reliable hypotheses
development.
