dc.description.abstract Over the past few months, there has been a noticeable decline in employee morale and an increase in conflict among team members within the operations department. Five employees have lodged complaints about work load and job satisfaction at workplace. As a result, absenteeism and turnover rates have risen, impacting overall productivity. Analyze the underlying causes of the issues affecting employee work load and job satisfaction within the operation department based on the case above. en_US
